Applicant Instructions

Pre-Kindergarten - Grade 1

• Submit an application with a $75.00 non-refundable application fee
• Provide a copy of the student's most recent report card
• Submit the Records Release Form signed by a parent

Grades 2- Grade 3

• Submit an application with a $75.00 non-refundable application fee
• Provide a copy of the student's most recent report card
• Provide a copy of the student's previous year's report card
• Submit the Records Release Form signed by a parent

Grades 4 - Grade 12

• Submit an application with a $75.00 non-refundable application fee
• Provide a copy of the student's most recent report card
• Provide a copy of the student's previous year's report card
• Provide copies of the student's most recent standardized test scores (Reporting in Stanines and /or Percentiles only)
• Provide completed (by student's teachers) Math and English recommendations
• Submit the Records Release Form signed by a parent
• Applicant must complete and submit the Student Questionnaire and essay (Questionnaire for Grades 4-6) or (Questionnaire for Grades 7-12)
• Provide a letter of recommendation from a counselor or teacher (grades 9-12 only)
