Strategic Plan 2025-2030

Building on the foundation established by our 2020–2025 strategic plan, we now embrace purposeful expansion, innovation, and a continued commitment to excellence. This plan reflects the voices of our entire community. Insights came from more than 200 members through a survey and 13 meetings. A Board of Trustees committee provided oversight, and a Planning Committee of faculty, staff, trustees, students, and parents shaped the plan, ensuring a shared vision for Canterbury’s future. This plan will be reviewed quarterly to ensure a responsible, forward-looking course.

“Canterbury’s stability gives us strength, and that strength allows us to innovate, inspire, and grow. Together, we are building on a foundation that nurtures every student, every idea, and a legacy that will endure for generations.”

- Rick Kirschner, Head of School
