Canterbury School invites you to our 2024 Founders' Day Assemblyon Friday, October 18, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Join Canterbury’s Upper and Middle School students, faculty, and staff, along with alumni, trustees, past trustees, parents, and friends as we celebrate Founders' Day. The event will recognize the late Mariel Goss and her husband, the Honorable Porter Goss, with The David Lucas Award for Outstanding Service to Canterbury. Elisabeth Hon Hunt ‘99 Ph.D. will also be recognized with the 2024 Distinguished Alumni Award. The assembly will be held in Canterbury’s Murphy Sports Center.
Canterbury School invites you to take a school tour following our Founders' Day Assembly on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. We will meet at the Lower School entrance, where Canterbury Seniors will lead your school tour. As you walk Canterbury’s growing Campus, highlights of the tour include the Upper and Middle Schools along with Torpey's Tank, Hanno Dining Hall, Band Room, Cougar Vision, The Cougar Cave, AND more! The tour ends in The Sublett Family Commons where a panel of Upper School students will answer questions and share perspectives. The School Tour & Student Panel is open to all alumni, trustees, past trustees, parents, and friends.
Canterbury School invites you to The Award Luncheonon Friday, October 18, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. where the 2024 David Lucas Award for Outstanding Service to Canterbury and Distinguished Alumni Award Honorees will be celebrated. The Award Luncheon is open to all alumni, trustees, past trustees, parents, and friends. The Award Luncheon will take place in the Ellenberg Library.
Canterbury School invites all alumni, alumni parents, and alumni families to join us for Canterbury’s Homecoming football game on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. Canterbury concessions and Canterbury gear will be available for purchase during the game. Canterbury’s Homecoming football game takes place on FineMark Field at Canterbury School.
