Canterbury Schools hosts its first Ethics and Leadership in Our School Conference for Students, Faculty, and Administrators to increase awareness and improve teaching and learning about these important subjects. Focused on improving ethical behavior, this workshop can help all of us learn from one another in our efforts to improve school communities.

Porter Goss

A distinguished American leader with decades of service in intelligence and politics, Porter Goss is a former CIA Director, Chair of the House Intelligence Committee, and Sanibel’s first mayor. His leadership journey, from Yale classics scholar to reforming the CIA post-9/11, offers powerful lessons in integrity and public service.

Paul Assaiante

One of the most successful coaches in college sports history, Paul Assaiante guided Trinity College men’s squash to a record-setting 252-match winning streak. A master motivator and leadership expert, he is the author of Run to the Roar: Coaching to Overcome Fear and a sought-after speaker on resilience, teamwork, and leading with purpose.
