  • REGISTRATION

    Registration for all summer programs is available to current Canterbury families starting Wednesday, February 28, at 6:00 p.m., and open to all on Saturday, March 2, at 10:00 a.m. on the Canterbury website at www.canterburyfortmyers.org/summerprograms. Please note that there is a non-refundable registration fee of $25 per child. Registration for individual camps will close at noon the Friday before that camp’s start date.

  • LOCATION

    Drop-off and pick-up are program-specific and will be indicated in the detailed welcome email for each camp. Summer Programs ‘headquarters’ is located in the Hanno Dining Hall, on the eastern side of the Canterbury Campus. Please enter the Lower School driveway off College Parkway and proceed to the dining hall. Individual programs will be held throughout the Canterbury campus, as well as off-campus. Transportation is provided to and from off-campus programs, except for Cougar Baseball Camp in July.
  • EXTENDED DAY

    Early morning drop-off is available starting at 8:00 a.m. each day for an additional fee of $9.00 per day. Late afternoon pick-up from dismissal to 5:00 p.m. is also available for an additional fee of $9.00 per day.

    Drop-off and pick-up should take place within 15 minutes of the program’s start and end times, or extended day fees will automatically be charged to the card on file.

    There is a $5.00 per minute per child charge for any pick-up after 5:00 p.m.
  • LUNCH

    For campers enrolled in full-day camps or enrolled in a morning and afternoon camp, please pack lunch, refillable water bottles, and snacks each day. Lunch is between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m. The option to purchase a pizza (cheese or pepperoni) lunch ($5) will only be available on Fridays and only for campers staying for a full day of camp(s). You must register for the pizza lunch option by Wednesday of that week.
  • ELECTRONICS

    Summer Programs at Canterbury are “Electronic Free Zones”. Phones/tablets/laptops are not allowed to be used in classrooms, on fields, in common areas, or anywhere on campus except 1) with instructor permission for specific programs or 2) to call a parent with Summer Programs staff permission. Electronics must always be stowed away, including during the Extended Day Program.
  • REFUND POLICY

    All summer programs are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be given for days absent. No exceptions will be made to this policy unless a written physician statement is received, and the student is no longer able to participate due to injury or illness.
  • WEBSITE & CATALOG

    We reserve the right to modify, change, or cancel programs. Note that our catalog may undergo updates prior to the start of Summer Programs 2024. Please check our website for the most up-to-date information.
  • PHOTOS

    Canterbury School reserves the right to use any photos taken during Summer Programs for advertising and/or institutional purposes.
  • CANCELLATIONS

    Programs are subject to cancellation if the minimum number registered is not met by Friday, May 10, 2024.
