Friday night was one to remember as the Canterbury community came together for Luau Under the Lights at Abuoqab Family Stadium at Finemark Field.
With a Hawaiian theme setting the scene, students, families, faculty, and friends filled the stands in tropical style to cheer on the Cougars. The evening also provided a special opportunity to welcome our newest Canterbury families and introduce them to the energy, traditions, and community that make Cougar athletics so much fun.
On the field, the Cougars delivered an exciting performance, earning a 41-21 victory over Sarasota Christian to open the season. The combination of a great crowd, festive atmosphere, and winning football made for the perfect Friday night under the lights.
