Pre-K4 Students Explore Farm-to-Table Learning at Farmer Mike’s
Canterbury's Pre-K4 students enjoyed a memorable and hands-on learning experience during their field trip to Farmer Mike’s on Gladiolus on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
Throughout the visit, students were introduced to the concept of farm-to-table living, learning how food is grown, and the importance of eating what you grow. The trip brought these lessons to life as students explored the farm and connected classroom learning to the real world.
The day was filled with exciting activities, including a hayride through the fields and the opportunity to pick their own fresh produce. Students harvested strawberries, tomatoes, and even sunflowers, making for a fun and engaging experience that they won’t soon forget!
