Spanish IV Students Put Language Skills Into Practice

Spanish IV students recently traded the classroom for a real-world language experience during a visit to El Sabor de Puebla, a Mexican restaurant in Fort Myers.

During the outing, students used their Spanish skills to order their meals, speak with restaurant staff, and navigate an authentic Spanish-speaking environment. The experience gave them a chance to build confidence while seeing firsthand how they can use the language and cultural knowledge they have been developing in class in everyday life.

It was a fun and memorable way to bring Spanish learning to life beyond campus.
