Canterbury Students Shine at Regional Science Fair

Canterbury School would like to congratulate our students on another incredible performance at the 2019 Thomas Alva Edison Kiwanis Regional Science and Engineering Fair on January 19, 2019. Our students took home more than 40 different awards!
This year, Canterbury students won two of the six Best of Fair awards. These students will get the chance to compete at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair in May. Six of our students are headed to the State Science and Engineering Fair of Florida in March.

On top of all of those awards, this year Canterbury School took home The Edison Cup! The award recognizes our school and our students’ accomplishments in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) endeavors. Points toward The Edison Cup are earned and tracked throughout the year based on participation and performance at Thomas A. Edison Regional Science and Inventors Fairs (TAERSIF) affiliated STEM competitions.

Congratulations to all of our Canterbury students on their amazing achievements!
