Middle School Students Excel in Regional Science Bee

Congratulations to our students who recently participated in the Regional Finals for the National Science Bee.
This competition is a science-themed, buzzer-based academic quiz competition for students in eighth grade and younger. Our Regional Finals event was held at Largo High School in Largo on Saturday, February 16.

Aaron S. ’24 was the regional champion in the seventh-grade division. Jason N. ’24 earned third place in the seventh-grade division. Stone C. ’26 came in second place in the fifth-grade division. In addition, a total of six of our students qualified for the National Championships to be held in June: Aaron S. ’24, Jason N. ’24, Stone C. ’26, Aaron Z. ’24, Lauren T. ’26, and Michaela F. ’24.

Kudos to all who participated and special thanks to Mrs. Summit and Ms. Admundson for chaperoning our students to the competition.
