Seniors Gain Real-World Experience through Internships

Each year our graduating seniors wrap up their final year at Canterbury with an Independent Senior Project (ISP).
The off-campus internship is of the student’s design and may be of personal or vocational interest to the student. The seniors showcase their experiences during a special event, similar to a science fair. The event was held in the evening on Tuesday, May 28, in the Upper School Commons. "This year's projects were notably rich in diversity. And, the students, themselves, were equally impressive in discussing their experiences and what they learned about themselves and potential careers or personal interests with those who attended the event,” explained Tina Veale, Senior Class Lead Advisor. We are always looking for professionals who are willing to offer ISP opportunities to our Seniors. If you are interested, please contact Tina Veale at tveale@canterburyfortmyers.org
