Under ideal August weather, the Canterbury boys and girls teams raced well in the season opener at Lehigh High School! The girls team placed 3rd out of 26 teams with junior, Jessica Edwards taking 3rd individually to lead the lady cougars. The boys team placed 12th, with all 5 varsity runners hitting new personal records. Their team avarage dropped nearly 4 minutes from last year's season opener. Freshman Charlie Meagher placed 16th individually to lead the boys team in a time of 17:41. This time set a NEW SCHOOL RECORD in his first high school race!!
