Canterbury Students Win Big at 2020 Regional Inventors Fair

Several Canterbury students won top awards at the Thomas Alva Edison Regional Inventors Fair. The competition took place Saturday, January 18, at Alico Arena on the campus of Florida Gulf Coast University.
  • Caroline T. ’30 won first place in the second-grade division.
  • Jolie C. ’29 won second place in the third-grade division.
  • Austan C. ’28 won the Shell Point Resident’s Choice Award.
  • Elle F. ’22 won second place in the tenth-grade division.
  • Jay C. ’21 won first place in the eleventh-grade division.
  • Robert B. ’20 won first place in the twelfth-grade division as well as Best in Fair. Robert will also have the chance to ride as an honored guest in the Edison Festival of Light Grand Parade.
