Canterbury Eighth-Grader Takes Action to Support Local Healthcare Workers

Many of us are looking for ways to help those in our community battling on the front lines of the COVID-19 situation. Aaron Z. ’24, one of our eighth-graders, is one of the many eager to show his support.
After learning from a neighbor, a nurse who works for Lee Health, about the urgent need of N95 masks, Aaron took action. He started a Canterbury N95 masks project where with the help of several generous donors, he was able to raise enough money to purchase 140 N95 surgical masks to donate to Lee Health. Aaron wishes to thank the many supporters of this project, including Mrs. Dunavant, Cole M. ’24, and his brother Justin. Way to go, Aaron!
