The Artist Spotlight: Dola A. ‘21 and Nadia M. ‘24
The Canterbury School Arts Department would like to shine the spotlight on two talented and rising artists: Dola A.’21, and Nadia M.’24.
Neither of these students has ever taken an art class with Mr. Grey before, but he is impressed with their artistic progress thus far. “Nadia’s self-portrait in graphite pencil is hard not to notice; it’s striking and fresh,” Mr. Grey notes. “And Dola’s sense of color and balance in a piece displays an innate vision and artistic eye.”
Given their abilities now, we cannot wait to see what Dola and Nadia achieve by the end of the semester in their respective art classes.
