AP Seminar Students Visit FGCU Library
On Thursday, January 27, Mrs. Kilfoyle and Ms. Salgado brought the AP Seminar students on a field trip to the Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) Library.
The school’s outreach librarian, Heather Snapp, gave the students a tour of the library’s physical and digital collections. Students learned about the library’s ‘Chat with a Librarian’ feature and practiced searching the library’s more than 200 databases for information pertaining to their Individual Research Reports.

AP Seminar is a new course at the school this year and the first of two required courses to receive the AP Capstone Diploma.
