Athlete of the Week: October 10-16,2022
Congratulations to varsity football player Kevin G. '23 on being selected as our Athlete of the Week for the week of October 10-16, 2022.
The senior safety recorded a crucial pick 6 against Boca Christian a week ago to help the Cougars remain undefeated. The pick 6 was Kevin's sixth interception on the season, leading the team and all Lee County defensive backs with the most interceptions on the year.
"Kevin has been playing well all season and has been a rock for us in the backfield," said head football coach Stacy Sizemore.
The Cougars will host Evangelical Christian School on Friday for homecoming night and the final football game of the season. Kick off is set for 7 p.m.
