Athlete of the Week: March 13-19, 2023
Congratulations to varsity baseball player Evan T. '25 on being selected as our Athlete of the Week for the week of March 13-29, 2023.
The sophomore catcher helped the Cougar baseball team remain undefeated, leading them to wins over Seabreeze and North Fort Myers High Schools. Evan, a University of Miami commit, recorded four hits, including a double and home run, and drove in five runs against the Stonecrabs and Wolves.
"Evan is a tremendous player. In addition to his success at the plate, he has been instrumental in the success of our pitching staff with his leadership behind the plate," said head baseball coach Frank Turco.
Evan and the Cougar baseball team will be back in action on Friday, March 24, as the team travels to Gulf Coast High School. First pitch is set for 7 p.m. For a complete schedule, click here.
