Rho Kappa Welcomes Twenty Two New Inductees

Twenty-two Canterbury students were inducted into the Rho Kappa National Social Studies Honor Society on Tuesday evening in the Performing Arts Center in an intimate ceremony with family and teachers.
To be inducted into Rho Kappa, one must: be a junior or senior, demonstrate leadership and service, hold a minimum 3.5 GPA, have a combined two-year participation in Model UN, Mock Trial or DECA, and have taken at least one AP social sciences course.
 
Dr. Ron Young and Mr. Ian Cross opened up the ceremony with a few remarks before welcoming back senior members to carry out the candle lighting ceremony and officially induct their fellow peers.
