Students Inducted into National Honor Society

On Wednesday, April 26, 2017, Canterbury School inducted 38 students into the Pinnacle Chapter of the National Honor Society (NHS).

NHS Chapter President, Emilee C. ’17, started off the ceremony by introducing the keynote speaker for the evening, Daniel Hayes, an English Teacher in our Upper School. NHS officers Emilee C. ’17, Melissa M. ’17, Jay C. ’17, and Emily S. ’17 discussed the significance of the "Candles of Honor," each standing for character, leadership, scholarship, and service.

Following the NHS Induction Pledge, Head of School, Mr. Rick Kirschner, and Director of Advancement, Ms. Lea Pascotto, presented the inductees with a certificate.
