Cougars Win Big at State Track Championships

Congratulations to our student-athletes for their phenomenal performance at 2017 Florida High School Track & Field State Championships on Friday, May 5, and Saturday, May 6.
  • Berrick J. ’18 won first place in the high jump, topping out at 2.05 (6-8.75) to win the state title.
  • Jessica E. ’21 won second place in the 800M with 2:14.27. She beat her previous PR and earned her a new school record. She also placed fourth in the 1600M with 5:14.35.
  • Jalen E. ’19  earned seventh place in the long jump with 6.64m.
