LIFT OFF Entrepreneur Students Showcase Solutions for Local Business

Canterbury’s LIFT OFF Entrepreneur Program is off to an amazing start, with our Upper School students making their first presentation to a local entrepreneur.
Back in August, students in our Introduction to Entrepreneurship Honors class visited Buffalo Wings and Rings in Fort Myers. After meeting with the owner, David Bourlier, students were tasked with coming up with creative solutions to some of the challenges at the restaurant.

Following a few weeks of market research and problem-solving, our students welcomed David to Canterbury to showcase their ideas. The two separate teams made their presentations, focusing on ways to improve the marketing and social media presence of the restaurant.

Several Canterbury parents who are also business owners were on hand for the event to give our students feedback on their presentations.
