Rehearsals will take place with students in assigned seats based on grade level. A confirmation letter will be given to each family announcing the location and other important information before the first rehearsal. 

Students will need a binder and pencil at the first rehearsal. Materials will be distributed to students to keep in this binder. Students are expected to bring this Cub Choir music notebook each week and to have several sharpened pencils with them. This is important even if students feel they know the music after practicing at home. (Directors sometimes make changes or edits!)

Resources will be available for practice outside of rehearsals as in previous years. All families will have access to the Cub Choir page on Cougar Campus. To access, click on your child's name (as you would for grade reports), then scroll down the list to the Cub Choir tab. Important information, practice resources (e.g. songs, videos, etc.), and all things needed for Cub Choir will be posted there. In addition, each family is expected to subscribe to the Cub Choir REMIND account. (Information will be distributed once rehearsals begin.)

Students will be dismissed to Zone 2 for carline pick up at 3:30 p.m. Extended Day staff will assist with bringing students to the loading zone. Any student who is not picked up by 3:40 p.m. will be signed into Extended Day at the current hourly rate and must be picked up before 5:30 p.m.

Please note that students WILL NOT have snacks provided this year. Families may wish to have a snack in the car when students are picked up at Zone 2.
