The boys had 4 runners and did not score as a team. However, Griffin East ran to a new school record today!! His 18:05.48 time placed him 21st overall and a place in the Canterbury record books!! Michael Mertens continues to beat his previous PRs by reaching faster times each week. He ran to a new personal best of 19:47. Eric Tolep ran to a new season best of 23:42. With each race he drops nearly a minute. Luke Long rounded out the group of four with another solid race.

On the girls side, the team placed 9th out of 31 teams! Jessica Edwards ran to a new PR of 20:09. She placed 11th overall and received a Top 20 award. Despite being sick, Sam Stensrud has had back to back races in the 21's with a solid 21:59! Both Mercedes Mertens and Julia Richardson ran season best times today! Julia dropped her time by 50 seconds this week with a 23:53 and Mercedes hit a 24:10! Elle Eisele powered through the field of runners finishing in 22:18. Gracyn East ran her second best time this week. Captains, Melissa Marchese and Emilee Cato, are consistant weekly, with another strong race. Bella Swan has been battling an injury but fought her way to a  25:06 finish.
