Canterbury School is proud to be participating once again in the Edison and Ford Winter Estates Children’s Tree Trail! This event is part of the annual Holiday Nights celebration held at the Edison and Ford Winter Estates. It includes a collection of dozens of trees decorated with handmade ornaments from students across Lee County.
We would like to recognize Ms. Singh’s Lower School students for helping to create beautiful musically-themed ornaments during art class. Also, thank you to Mr. Grey and our Upper School students for creating the tree topper and musical garland. Finally, thank you to our student and parent volunteers for decorating our fantastic holiday tree.
Music Department Director, Mr. R. Antonio Castillo, stated, “I am incredibly excited about this year’s event because the theme is Sounds of the Season, and I could not be prouder to be a Cougar. Our students and parent volunteers worked together to create a beautiful display. I am thankful for their creativity, hard work, and dedication.”
We hope you will join us in taking the time over the Thanksgiving and Holiday Breaks to go see the Canterbury tree! The Children’s Holiday Tree Trail will officially open on November 27 and runs through January 3.
