Kali Y. ’26 Wins Poetry Award
Canterbury School would like to showcase Kali Y. ’26 for two special honors she received recently for her poetry.
Her poetry piece “The Work of the Sea” received Gold for the 2019 Youth Royal Palm Literary Award in Unpublished Poetry, Ages 9-11. She also had her piece “Words Within” featured in The Florida Writers Association Collection for poetry.
She was recently honored at a luncheon with other Florida youth writers both published and unpublished. The youth then spent the day signing their books and attending writing workshops. Congratulations, Kali!
