Superior Performances Propel Junior Thespians to States
Fourteen Junior Thespians are headed to states after superior performances at the district competition on Saturday, November 13 at Island Coast High School in Cape Coral.
The Cougar troupe, consisting of 18 students, competed in seven different categories, including: scene writing, ensemble acting, duet acting, improv, monologue, solo musical, and costume design. Of the 18 thespians that competed, 14 will be moving onto the state competition January 13-16, 2022 in Orlando.
A big congratulations to Ari M. '28 for receiving a perfect score for his monologue YouTube Star, as well as best in room for The Game Show scene writing.
Congratulations goes out to all Junior Thespians on a job well done. Below is a list of all who received Superior scores in their respective categories and will be moving onto the state competition in January.
