Canterbury Alumna Receives Special Honor

Nancy (Heape) Ross, Canterbury alumna from the class of 1997, was chosen as one of nine inductees to the 2022 Giants of Multiple Sclerosis™ awards program. She was selected by her peers in recognition of her contributions to the field of pharmacy.
 
The Giants of Multiple Sclerosis™ program is a premier neuroscience award that celebrates pioneers, innovators, and future generations of leaders who have been selected by their peers for their remarkable achievements in multiple sclerosis.
 
Dr. Ross is among an elite group of multiple sclerosis health care professionals inducted into the inaugural class of Giants. As one of the honorees, Dr. Ross was recognized at a formal ceremony hosted by Scott Newsome, DO (chair), June Halper, MSN, APN-C, MSCN (CEO, CMSC), and the entire GMS Steering Committee. The ceremony took place in National Harbor, MD. 
 
Currently, Dr. Ross holds the following credentials: PharmD, BCACP, MSCS, and CSP. She works as a Clinical Pharmacist, Infusion Manager, PA coordinator, and Botox coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia.
