Athlete of the Week: April 24-30, 2023
Congratulations to track and field athlete Azarian L. '25 on being selected as our Athlete of the Week for the week of April 24-30, 2023.
The sophomore runner and jumper had a stand-out performance at the 1A District 12 meet, qualifying for regionals in three events! He placed second in the 100m (11.45s) and 200m (23.08s) and fourth in the 4x400m relay with a 53 second split time.
Azarian, along with his fellow Cougar qualifiers, will travel to Community School of Naples on May 6 to compete at the 1A Region 3 for an opportunity to qualify for the 1A State Championships on May 17.
