Troupe #5782 Receives Superior Ratings at SWFTs
Canterbury's Thespian Troupe 5782 brought home 30 awards from the local Southwest Florida Theatrical Society (SWFTs) competition hosted at North Fort Myers High School on October 14.
More than 25 Cougar thespians traveled to North Fort Myers to compete in an array of categories from design to monologues, acting, and musical performances. In total, Troupe 5782 received 20 Superior ratings, 8 Excellent ratings, and TWO Best in Room!
Special congratulations to Macy M. '25 on receiving Best in Room for her solo musical performance and Ellie A. '24 for being named Best in Room for her monologue.
