Ed Calkins Provides Window into Financial World

Mr. Calkins is a partner at RGM Capital, which is based in Naples. He received his Master's in Business Administration from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management in 1994 and his Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University in 1992. Mr. Calkins was also a member of the 1992 NCAA National Championship lacrosse team at Princeton.

Mr. Calkins spoke to our Upper School students, providing a window into the financial world, as well as the many life lessons learned while playing lacrosse. One lesson, in particular, included “setting incredibly high standards for yourself and the people you surround yourself with.” Mr. Calkins also talked about the importance of leading by example and giving back to organizations you are passionate about.
